Thank you to all runners from Greece and around the world who honor us with their presence year after year and have helped transform the Poseidon Athens Half Marathon & Other Races, one of Greece’s most important gateways for international runners and sports visitors.

Welcome to the registration system for the Poseidon Athens Kids’ Run 1km .

Registrations will close on Saturday, March 20, 2027, or earlier if the maximum number of participants is reached.

For those Kids' who have registered by Saturday, March 20, 2027, their names will be printed on their race bib.

For the cost of participation in the children's race, if no sponsor is placed in it, you can see "here".

In the event that a sponsor is placed that will cover the total cost of the kids race, then the entire amount minus the expenses that have already been withheld and paid to the tax office, the bank and the provider, will be paid directly to the "ALMA" Association for children with mental retardation and autism

In the event that a sponsor is found to cover the total cost of the chil race, the entire amount, minus the aforementioned expenses that have already been deducted and paid, will be donated directly to the "ALMA" Association for children with intellectual disabilities and autism.

1. PARTICIPATION DECLARATIONS

Participation declarations must be completed by Saturday, March 20, 2027, at the latest, or earlier if the maximum number of spots is filled.

1. REGISTRATION TYPES

Individual registrations, which can only be made by the parent or guardian of the child.
After requests from many parents, we have added the option to purchase coupons, which can be purchased and given to the parents of friends of the children so they can participate together with their kids.

1. PARTICIPATION LIMITS

For the Children’s Race, a total of up to 600 participants.

Race participation spots will be filled once all slots are taken.

Successful registrations are personal data and cannot be transferred to other people.

Registrations are first submitted, then confirmed, and later notified via individual emails or posted on the website www.poseidon-athenshalfmarathon.com.

If an individual transfers their race number to someone else, they bear full personal responsibility for any accidents or incidents that occur during or after the race.

1. PARTICIPATION FEE

The participation fee for the Kids Road Race is intended to cover basic expenses, including 24% VAT and other charges from service providers and the bank, which are withheld and paid directly upon registration, provided that no sponsor has been secured. The fee is as follows:

• 8 € until 31.08.2026
• 9 € until 31.10.2026
• 10 € until 31.12.2026 
• 11 € until 28.02.2027
• 12 € until 20.03.2027 
• 14 € until 24.04.2027 for last-minute registrations, only if the production companies are able to prepare them, and after prior consultation with the organizers. Please first check availability via the contact form under the "Contact" menu 

The price includes, among other expenses, 24% VAT, as well as bank and receipt issuance provider fees, all of which are paid directly upon registration.

NOTE: If a sponsor is secured to cover the full cost of the children's race, then the entire amount - minus the expenses already withheld and paid to the tax authority, the bank, and the provider- will be donated in full to the “ALMA” Association for children with intellectual disabilities and autism.

1. DEFERRAL OR TRANSFER FEES - CANCELLATION POLICY

In any case, registration fees are non-refundable. However, if the athlete is unable to participate in the race, they can choose one of the available options. For a detailed and up-to-date description of the applicable rules, we recommend that you check "here" before completing your registration.

1. PAYMENT METHODS

Individual Registrations (one option available): Immediate payment using a Visa or Mastercard debit or credit card in a secure banking environment.
Once you complete the registration process, you do not need to send us a payment confirmation.
Both the bank and the event organizers will immediately send you an email to confirm the completion of your payment and registration.

1. PICKUP OF RACE NUMBER

The race package can be picked up at the Municipal Indoor Gymnasium of Paleon Faliro "Sophia Befon" (on Ioannou Avgeri Street, 200 meters after the Battleship "Averof").
